Did Donte Stallworth receive the appropriate punishment for killing a pedestrian while driving drunk
Wed Jun 17, 2009
What a joke our system is. Donte kills a person and gets 30 days. Meanwhile, a law-abiding citizen in Morro Bay, CA follows the law of the state by distributing marijuana to cancer patients in an approved manner and gets a year in prison.

Police seize more than $1M from Phish fans
Mon Mar 9, 2009

Legalizing marijuana could help California get out of debt, assemblyman says
Tue Feb 24, 2009
Finally some common sense. I would love to see this pass. Not only would it piss off the feds even more than they already are, but it would finally bring this issue to the forefront. The reason we have drug violence is because the feds prohibit narcotics and fight the losing drug war.
Mexican cartels' drugs, mayhem hit U.S. cities
Wed Feb 25, 2009
Way to go DEA!! So we arrested a bunch of people involved in drug trafficking...This won't stop the problem. The prohibition of narcotics is what creates the violence, money and dangers for our country. The 755 suspects and related contraband that were …
